City of God vs. City of Man from Adam to the Protestant Revolt: Church History 101

This is a one semester overview of Church History from Adam & Eve to the Jesuit Suppression of 1773. Subsequent Church history courses will cover Bible History, American History and Modern History.

The goal of this course is to pass down the great legacy of Catholic history so that students identify themselves and their future adult lives therein. Major themes and topics covered are the history of Christendom in your local city, community and state, how this local history fits into the 2000 year history of the Church, how your vocation fits into this, and what you can do to build Christendom in your local community.
